Hello! Thank you for paying a visit to my portfolio website. I'm currently a Year 3 student pursuing Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in University of Nottingham Malaysia. Since I'm still new to the engineering industry, I'm open to any positions as I would like to explore as many roles as possible to find my passion and interest.

UI design for Turing Imaging Simulator using PyQT5. Implementation of Strobe Mode Camera hardware, and integration from frontend (JavaFX) to backend (C++, JAVA) Data analysis using Python. Implementation and research on Motion Compensation Algorithm using C++ involving gantry corrections matrix transformations.

Wildlife Detection and Alert System

Real-time elephant detection system with object tracking using YOLO and YAMNET models for both vision and audio detections. Utilizing the latest Raspberry Pi 5 and Raspberry Pi 4 powered by solar energy, equipped with waterproof device casing, self hosted internet hotspot with external antenna. Sends real time detections to a website and shows alerts in the Telegram Application.

Accurate and vibrant detection capture of elephants in Elephant Conservation Centre, Kuala Gandah, Pahang. Able to consistently output detections and distinguish human activities and elephants using object tracking and YOLO.

Doppler Radar Based Speed Detector

Design signal conditioning circuits, implement ADC and comparator on STM32 microcontroller, establishing RS485 communications, power supply regulator circuits, external clocks and a CPLD (Xilinx XC2C64A) to display detected speed on 7 segment display via a control logic block, shift registers and state machines.

Self designed filter and amplifier circuit to remove noise and amplifier signal from Doppler Radar Module. Signal waveform analysis using LTSpice software.

Two Switch Forward Converter

A common topology in computing power supplies, involves transforming a 230V, 50Hz main supply to a regulated 8V output across a 50W variable load bank. The project's aim is to achieve a stable output voltage regardless of the applied load, within the specified limits. Learn to design control systems, transformers and analyse performance using MATLAB and PLECS software.

Self design a PCB according to the specifications given using KiCAD software. After manufacture, learn to troubleshoot the copper wire connections and do testing after component solderings.

Mediocre Smart Vision Robot Car

Arduino Robot car equipped with encoders, gyroscope, ultrasonic sensor, bluetooth remote handling, and self made IR sensors for line following. Robot car is tasked with the mission to go up a ramp, spin 360 degrees, descend the ramp and follow the black line till the finish line within the time limit. Programmed using C programming language.

Even Smarter Vision Robot Car

This time using Raspberry Pi 4B, this upgraded robot car is able to choose to follow specific colour lines, and recognize different shapes of varying colours along the way. Programmed using Python and OpenCV library. Face recognition is also included as an additional feature.
